Charles Cunningham’s excellent customer service Charles is really the reason we decided to go ahead and lease a new Mazda today. He was considerate reassuring and knowledgeable with an assiduous attention to our needs and concerns with regard to upgrading to Signature which we had not initially considered. He’s terrific!

Patient & supportive Made was recommended to me by a trusted friend who recently leased a car from New Rochelle Mazda. Made was by far one of the most patient salesman I’ve dealt with (this was 8th time purchasing or leasing a car). Great customer service This is my third CX-5 from Mazda, but my first purchase with MAZDA of New Rochelle. Charles was very polite and so professional, he asked me the right questions to get me interested in a trim more advanced then my previous model. Charles was very kind and willing to work with me throughout all my ongoing questions about the deal I was receiving. I’m very satisfied with his knowledge towards the product and his urgency with making sure I was out of the dealership in a timely fashion.

The staff there was extremely helpful and prompt! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prompt service. Well educated on there cars. Followed up with me afterwards to make sure all was good. Really enjoyed the experience compared to other dealers I went to being it was my 1st new car. Highly recommended and my salesman was handsome too so that was a bonus 😂😂 Madi was great!

Excellent service Mame was excellent. He would respond to my calls or emails within 24 hours even when he was off from work. Communication was absolutely excellent. He stuck to his word and provided the best service and patients for my husband and I while we had our screaming toddler there. Thank you for everything!
