Routine service I was able to customize my service, eliminating tasks I am able to do on my own. Luis was very helpful in applying the best service coupon for maximum savings. I gave only 4 stars because a few months ago, I was unable to get an i-eloop battery replaced by them. After 2 months of calling, I went to a different dealer who got it for me in 5 days. Getting parts has been a problem in the past as well, otherwise, an excellent dealer and service department.
