First experience buying a car and it was painless. Went to a lot of dealerships throughout the day and ended up coming right back to VW Lakeland. I’m very happy with the service I received. Great people and overall good experience.
Awesome service experience!! Came in for my first scheduled service appointment on a crazy Saturday morning and Gary took the time to walk me through all the work they were going to do. I felt more like a friend than a customer.

Bought a new car We were looking for a 7 passengers car and Tyler was very helpful. He took time to explain all details. We were from Canada and it was a bit complicated to obtain credit but Jared and Tyler went above and beyond our expectations We are more than happy of our new Atlas

Excellent customer service! Had a recall on my emission system & was worked in quickly. They checked my entire car over & even washed it. The customer service was excellent!
Repeat customer Trey is excellent. He is very knowledgeable of the cars. He is friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I would definitely buy from him again. Jared (my precious salesman) now in Finance was once again great. He has been with me through my last two car purchases. He goes the extra mile to ensure that things are done right.
