Great experience!! Michael was great! He answered all my questions and was a lot of fun. Not only that there was a no pressure atmosphere and even the management understood my wants and needs. AMAZING PERSONNEL AND SERVICE I have had VERY poor service at a different dealership and thought it was the standard. I was completely wrong! I've had nothing g but positive experiences and felt the personnel really cared about the car and a positive outcome. I really felt like they cared about.me and went out of their way to make sure everything was handled.
Best car buying experience I purchased a 2019 jetta and Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. After going to several dealerships in the Tampa area and felt their sales teams were pushy and disingenuous. Brad was the complete opposite and had me in my new car in no time. The entire team was all around good to go. I have and will continue to recommend Brad to anyone I know who is looking for a new car.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else this is the dealership you need Hiram and Jared you guys are awesome. Hiram you always go out of your way to make things work for my Wife and I.
