Jeff Havard was so helpful and understanding. I was nervous about going car shopping again, being a single woman, I have had terrible, degrading, experiences. At other places I have actually been ignored because I came in by myself. But not at Lakeland Volkswagen!! I was greeted right away, asked what I was looking for, etc. I was put into a beautiful lease Passat, shown all the in's and out's. Everything was up front and honest.
