A Standing Ovation Trey was amazing from start to finish! He was patient and kind while I explained what I wanted to do that day. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He was also a great devils advocate as I weighed my options. Unlike other dealerships in my past, I actually look forward to the time I will get to see Trey and all the team members of Lakeland VW...maintenance, car wash, or my next new ride!!!
Annual checkup of Touareg Not so hot this visit. No waiting room TV, no cable, disappointing. Got an 8 AM appt so I could plan a full day in Lakeland visiting stores, etc. Everyone agreed the wait would be short. But it took 3 hours! Too long. Then the “free” car wash. Very sloppy. I had asked for the rear compartment to be vacuumed - wasn’t done. (I feel bad about leaving a tip now for the car cleaner: Overall not one of my best VW experiences.
Great Experience Our experience with this dealership and sales person was exceptional. We were treated with respect and no pressure to purchase. Jeff was honest, helpful, and appeared to really care about helping us purchase the vehicle we really wanted. Overall, this was a excellent experience.

Made me feel at home. This dealer surely takes care of their customers and make you feel at home. The waiting area is wide, clean and comfortable. That is why I don't mind the almost 1 hour drive to Lakeland VW dealership.
STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS. EXCELLENT VEHICLE AND CUSTOMER SER The staff is courteous, helpful and very prompt i handling your vehicle concerns. They concern themselves in offering alternative transportaton if u want to wait ir leave your vehicle for service. Gary and Brian explain what the car problems are and charges. Unfortunately, VW is expensive!

More than satisfied! I love the Lakeland VE dealership.... Sotheby same customer friendly folks have helped me for about 15years... the sales force and the service department have always treated me fairly. I have recommended them to friends who are equally satisfied.
