Consistent excellence! Lakeland VW never disappoints! So easy to make a service appointment. Love dealing with the same two service professionals (Brian and Johnathan) for my last 3 cars. Their advice is always “spot on” and cost conscious. The service alone is reason enough to buy a VW - they are built so well you rarely need service - and when they do need a little TLC, Lakeland VW has the best service professionals and technicians in the business.

Very comfortable atmosphere, yet very professional Starting from calling the dealership and checking to see if a vehicle was still there to leaving the dealership in our new car was great. Only problems through the dealership I would say, and part of it was our fault, was we didn’t know and wasn’t mentioned that you couldn’t use a debit card for down payment. Besides that it was a great experience.
