Jeff Havard was so helpful and understanding. I was nervous about going car shopping again, being a single woman, I have had terrible, degrading, experiences. At other places I have actually been ignored because I came in by myself. But not at Lakeland Volkswagen!! I was greeted right away, asked what I was looking for, etc. I was put into a beautiful lease Passat, shown all the in's and out's. Everything was up front and honest. A was a great pleasure dealing with Jeff.

Friendly and stress free experience I went there to purchase a new GTI and the salesperson Lawrence was very inviting and friendly. He never made me feel rushed into the purchase and was able to help me make a thoughtful and conscious decision about the vehicle I wanted to buy.
Can’t beat the service!!! I had a great experience with Lakeland VW, my salesman Michael Dunbar was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. There was no pressure at all. Would highly recommend this dealership!
