Excellent customer service! Had a recall on my emission system & was worked in quickly. They checked my entire car over & even washed it. The customer service was excellent!
Repeat customer Trey is excellent. He is very knowledgeable of the cars. He is friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I would definitely buy from him again. Jared (my precious salesman) now in Finance was once again great. He has been with me through my last two car purchases. He goes the extra mile to ensure that things are done right. Israel the best salesman Israel Gerena is an excellent salesman, he knows his product (cars), has strong sales and customer service skills, an attitude of trust, friendly and positive. Negotiation skills, communication and listening to the client. Best of all, he works hard for you to get that you want, best deal, as he did with me. Trey is excellent I have purchased two cars from Trey and he is just an excellent person. Not only is he enthusiastic about his job and people(one look in his office will confirm that), he is also the owner of multiple VWs. He loves the VW product and knows them inside and out.
