Hiriam Mendez did an excellent job explaining all the features of the 2.5 SEL we purchased. He was very polite and not at all "pushy" or "high pressure". Charles Draper seems to know the auto financing end of the business. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. All the personnel at Lakeland were couteous and very helpful. The car I purchased had to be located in the VW system and they got the regional rep involved to find the car. The transaction, after the test drive visit, was accomplished by phone and e mail. Everything promised and agreed to was delivered. Jared Miller was my final contact person in the sale and deliver and he performed admirably. I highly recommend the dealership and Jared in particular. Job well done.

A few months ago I traded in my convertible beetle for a GTI. Jared was able to get me a great deal on a "used" one that only had 262 miles on it. I had a very pleasant experience at Lakeland VW on Saturday, December 15, 2012. My salesman was Rick Jones and he was a very pleasant man with much knowledge on the VW. Not just the one I was interested in but many that he showed me. I have dealt with this company for many years and have been very satisfied, from buying my 2004 VW to now with my bran new 2013 convertable bug. The service department is so great too. So pleasant and always aiming to please. I will be with this company for a long time.
