I have had nothing but great service from these guys. I take my GTI in here on the regular for anything performance wise and they are great on the prices and always willing to work with me. Josh is a great service advisor and always has an answer for any of my concerns or questions. Hands down they have some of the best service techs as well that are very knowledgeable. I recommend Danny, Nate, and Juan for your service or aftermarket upgrades. They have done all of my work and will continue to do so.
I've worked with Joshua at this dealer multiple times and every time it has been a great experience. He remembers my name, asks about previous work to the car, and always makes sure the car is clean and ready for me to pick up it on time. I've never had a bad experience with him. Highly recommended.
I have been going to Lakeland Volkswagen for about 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience in the service department. Josh Jamison is always friendly and there to answer any questions I have regarding the services that are being done to my Jetta. He always takes care of me and my car in a timely fashion.
I have owned three Volkswagens over the years and used many different dealerships/service shops in the process. The past 3 years or so I have been using Lakeland VW and not been disappointed. My experience was amazing! Ive been to other dealerships but Lakeland VW was by far the best mostly because of Joshua Jamison! He was kind and very helpful. He made sure i knew everything being done to my car and made sure to check up on me while it was being performed! He made my experience over the top wonderful! I visited Lakeland Volkswagen on July 27, 2013. I was interested in the 2013 New Beetle Coupe. I had never driven one before. I went inside the dealership and met Rick Jones. Jose Colon was fantastic. He listened to what I was looking for and did his utmost in finding my preferred vehicle: a 2013.5 GLI Autobahn w/ Nav in Platinum Gray. Even though other choices were offered which were also very nice, Jose persisted and found my car.
