I wanted to comment on joshua Jameson and his professionalism. I had an issue with my vehicle and I'm not a "car guy," but I felt very well educated on the steps they were gonna take to get my car fixed. He seemed to be very genuine in helping me and I appreciate that way more than being "dealt" with at other service locations.
Came in for a simple oil change, but treated like I was spending real money. Joshua Jamison understands customer service and I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!
by far the best place ever, great service great people, Joshua Jamison was a great person who i meet there during my Normal Vehical Maintance, this will be my VW dealership for anything i need due to the grat service and respect i was giving at this location, Thanks for all the help with everything.i will be recommending this to friends and family.
