We spent a week vacillating between new cars, used cars, certified cars or fixing my damaged car. Jose Colon was fantastic. He listened to what I was looking for and did his utmost in finding my preferred vehicle: a 2013.5 GLI Autobahn w/ Nav in Platinum Gray. Even though other choices were offered which were also very nice, Jose persisted and found my car. Upon entering Lakeland Volkswagon, I was greated by Jared Miller with a smile. He was very friendly, and didn't rush into a sales speech like some of the other salepersons did at other car dealerships.
