I had a very pleasant experience at Lakeland VW on Saturday, December 15, 2012. My salesman was Rick Jones and he was a very pleasant man with much knowledge on the VW. Not just the one I was interested in but many that he showed me. I have dealt with this company for many years and have been very satisfied, from buying my 2004 VW to now with my bran new 2013 convertable bug. The service department is so great too. So pleasant and always aiming to please. I will be with this company for a long time.

jose was very informative, gave me great service. the sealership bent over backwards to get me in a car at a price i could afford. i had visited several dealers before i contacted lakeland vw. the other dealers were either not interested at all in my business, or just seemed untrustworthy.
My experience with Lakeland Volkswagen was very pleasent. The salesman that I dealt with Chris is the best he made everything fun and easy. I hate car shopping but with Chris and the manager Jeff it was actually fun. I tell everyone to go see them. They listened to me and they care. Now I have a great new car and I will only deal with these guys from now on.

Bought a GTI, Jeff was able to help me locate the GTI I was looking for in white four door configuration with the 6speed manual, both Christian and Jeff helped me with any questions I had and gave me a great deal. Sales wasn't pushy and very helpful. Other than taking 2 hours to purchancing a car, the dealership was very busy on the day I was there. Everyone was friendly from the salesman to the manager to the finace officer. Customer service at this dealership is thought of very highly here.
We went in to look at the jetta and left with a tiguan because of how much Hiram praised it. He was an extremely friendly and knowledgeable associate and we really liked working with him. The sales manager Jeff was also great. They worked with us on the price and financing options and we were able to walk out completely satisfied.
