A cover for a small door light had come off, and the wires were dangling out. I arrived at the Volkwagen repair place, thinking it would cost me for the part and time and labor charges. I asked Joshua to help me start the process, and he looked around, found the cover that had fallen under the seat of the car, and replaced it with no problem - and with no charge. What service! Three cheers for Joshua!

I wanted to comment on joshua Jameson and his professionalism. I had an issue with my vehicle and I'm not a "car guy," but I felt very well educated on the steps they were gonna take to get my car fixed. He seemed to be very genuine in helping me and I appreciate that way more than being "dealt" with at other service locations.
