Excellent service The salesperson was not in a rush to sit with us to negotiate numbers. We did not feel any obligation to select a vehicle. Instead he was patient enough to review all of our options with us. I truly enjoyed how we were treated by Israel.

Love Volkswagen The waiting area could be nicer , I went to the one in Arizona and they had a beautiful waiting room with free fountain soda machines and a snack bar with cookies , donuts danishes and three different coffees to choose from and all for free. If the cookie were low they had someone there baking more it was fantastic.

GOOD SERVICE, UNCOMFORTABLE WAITING AREA waiting area for service not comfortable. Only 2 padded chairs which were very old and uncomfortable. Have the manager sit in them and see what he thinks. I recently had another vehicle served at Berlin City Jeep in Berlin, NH. That was a model service area. They had 3 separate waiting rooms. Kids screaming in one so we went to another one and were comfortable. They had free water, coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Free cookies and snacks. TVs on different stations in each room. Fast and friendly service This dealership continues to provide fast and friendly service. They work hard to schedule appointments as soon as possible and offer concierge service to local restaurants while you wait! The lobby is always stocked with water and coffee and the facilities are very clean!
