Well, here it goes. .. I went in on a Saturday for a oil change service rep was Arturo Chavez... they took the car back and did the oil change then brought it back up. so, I walked back to the desk of Arturo Chavez and he was on the phone. The technician placed the paperwork and the keys on the counter in front of me. so i started to look at the paperwork Arturo snatched the paperwork back and told me it was confidential and that i was not allowed to look at it.. very unprofessional in my opinion.. so i paid my money and lef... read more
