I was greeted, taken care of, and done in a competent manner. The whole experience was pleasant right down to the driver who took me home and came to get me. The dealership was clean and comfortable to wait in.

I Liked Ariana's help in solving my problems with my DEF system. There seemed to be a problem diagnosing my problem (Check engine light would go away for 2-4 days), and then reappear. The performance was not affected, but I kept getting the "125 mile, etc .message saying my truck would go into "LIMP MODE" as I got closer to the 5 mile limit. I had to have the DEF Injector, and later the DEF Pump itself replaced. So far so good since 7-18-2023.

I had no problem getting an appointment. My service adviser was very efficient. She kept me informed i took a shuttle home and they picked me up.when my car was ready
