Appt took 3 month to get. The receptionist informed me of the cost for diagnostics of 155 per hour. I was on time for my appointment. But Arturo said “I know you have an appointment but my guys are still working on cars from yesterday”. I waited 3 months with no air conditioning in Florida heat and the service center still wasn’t able to take my appointment on time.
