Dealership is satisfactory, May need to consider additional training in the service department check in desk. I am requesting that Shaunah Wheeler be assigned to me as my service coordinator. Her assistance to Mr Chavez was very much appreciated, as he wasn’t as knowledgeable as Ms. Wheeler.

Excellent customer service at this location I serviced my new Scat Pack Challenger here bypassing, my Four (4) free oil changes from Arrigo in west palm . Most Dodge dealerships are good , But, This one owned by Tim and his support staff is amazing ! I drove 2.5 hours from west palm beach to have my service done.
