Even though our part was backordered for three months from Chrysler, Arturo kept us informed of the new expected delivery for our TIPM each time it was delayed. Also, when my wife got tired of hearing the reasons from me and Arturo, the manager graciously met with us to explain the situation. I think his name was Marc, but I'm not sure. Arturo has always been the service writer I have dealt with to help keep my wife car running well.

I had a great experience buying my brand new ram 150 Laramie series truck. The salesman saw me waiting for my former truck to be repaired. He asked if I would be willing to see what I could get for a trade-in for my 2019 ram truck. I was able to get a great trade-in and incentives towards a new car, the finance team worked with me to find the lender and I was out of the door with my new car in in a few hours. Very smooth process. Great sales team and support staff.
