I would like to thank the dealership and Artouro for taking care of the labor charge for the recent repairs on my Chrysler 200 ! So far it’s been 2 weeks since I got the car back and have had no problems! I certainly hope this will be the last !

Good dealership, should learn to call people when service appointment made for a certain time can not be honored. This would save customer for wasting time and money

The experience was overall great! Arturo was concise with the process of diagnosing the issues on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I also have an extended warranty with Carshield and Arturo explained the process on how the claim process works! It was a great experience at a very well run Service Center! The service manager helped me out. I was traveling from Tennessee to Florida helping my stage 4 cancer father. Didn't ha e time to try and find someone to work on my truck. The service dept was awesome. They took me in and took the best care of me. Such a wonderful feeling to know that some people still take care of others. Love Huston dodge. We enjoy doing business with them. However about ten months ago we tried to price a new truck there and no one would call us back. We bought one elsewhere
