When we were told over an hour to get the fob redone it would be an hour... Gee.. it only took 15 minutes. Makes you wonder why somebody would say that? It seems like they only want to get the $175 an hour labor fee. That's like I like Ariana because she is very up front. Very nice and very thorough. Got to get rid of that other guy in there. Who's a xxxxxxx?

People are friendly and the waiting room is clean. Atmosphere is pleasant. The service is OK car wash could be better.

Huston Motors service department always diagnoses problems with my van correctly and makes repairs quickly. The service department always makes me feel special and shows consideration for my time and comfort. The courtesy van driver was an extension of that excellent experience.
