I called for some information about the Telluride and they would not tell me the mark up price over the phone. I wasted my time driving up there to find out the S Trim $38k sticker was marked up to $53k!!! What a JOKE. Hopefully this review keeps anyone else from wasting their time.

Worst Kia dealer... The management is horrible... All they do is lie.Don't take your business there. It's not the sales people is the manager and his brother are horrible.... Owner must be an Ahole too!

I came here to purchase my very first brand new car. I did my homework and came in with exactly what I wanted to buy. I even came in with my own approved loan at a great interest rate. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The sales person Luiz told me I would get Free Oil Changes, Free Inspections, Free Maintenance service. Free bumper to bumper service!! They first tried to sell me a car that clearly had hail damage on the roof and hood. Ended up getting a 2017 Forte where the clear coat on the bumper began to peel off 6 months after buying the car. Since clear coat shouldn't be peeling off 6 months after buying a car, I called back to see if there was anything they could do about it and since the warranty ran out they replied with "Take it to a bodyshop" Be careful with this place and make sure everything is perfect before you buy the car because once you leave the lot y... read more

This dealership totally took advantage of me. I dealt with Julien & he is a stereotypical car salesman. Don't believe a word this guy says. I lost approximately $6000 because I was unprepared. I haven't bought a car in over 12 years & Julien knew it & totally took advantage of the situation. I don't know how this guy lives with himself. Don't even get me started with his boss. Go to Brown Daub Kia. Much better experience.

Contacted Gateway Kia to inquire about a used Subaru Forester they were advertising for $9450. Wife spoke on phone with salesman and he said we would get a loyalty discount for being a repeat Kia customer. Our current lease for our 2017 Sorento is about to end so we were well aware of over mileage fees (for 4700 miles) that we would have to pay. This amounted to $1034 plus our last lease payment. Spent a day going back and forth with the same salesman via text. Wife sent him pics of similar cars in the area with lower miles ... read more

My Kia Forte is a 2017. It was used. Low mileage. Good car up until now. The traction control light keeps coming on. Then my car only goes 20 MPH. We replaced the Coil packs ourselves. Was running fine. Started doing it again. Had to wait a week for an appt. Took it in only to find out they couldn't find anything wrong with it:( So I'm driving it today. Did the same thing on 309!! That was fun!!! So now I'm back at Gateway sitting here waiting........

I purchased a 2016 Kia Serento for Gateway Kia in July 2019. It only had 28,000 miles. It had a sunroof and I was not told it was an after market sunroof. They told me they don't have to disclose that. They didn't even check it for leaks before it was put on the lot. I notice in February 2020 that the sunroof was leaking. I contacted Gateway Kia and all they said is that there is nothing they can do for me, it was was a pre-owned car and it was wear and tear. It is now costing me $700 - $800 to get the leak fixed. Horrible and shady ! Told one thing over the phone. Drove an hour up ready to purchase a car. They then announced the car was actually $4k over sticker price with no added features to car. Rude, deceitful and very disappoint
