Can't give 5 stars as I have to bring my car back ( part was not available) but this location deserves 5 stars for service, selection and willingness to go the extra mile. Pun intended. Will return there for all future needs.

Scott Long, Service Mgr., is one of the best customer-oriented reps at Kia Gateway in Quakertown. Quality conversations every time. Karen Cannon is super efficient and knowledgeable Finance Mgr. Manoj Kumar and Julian Breux were instrumental in my purchase of a new vehicle. Superior customer service.

Excellent car sale experience at KIA GATEWAY of Quakertown. We've been going to this Kia location as a family since I was younger and this is my second car from here personally. Went in on Saturday to trade in my Forte for an EV6 (gas prices now a days are unjustifiable when there are free charging stations all over the place which use significantly less fossil fuels to produce energy vs gas) Rob was very nice and got us in an EV6 Light in under 3 hours, the longest I have sat around in a dealership was 6 hours so 3 hours was not so bad Love this car huge thanks to the team!

Cassie Bramley and her sales team were incredibly helpful. They took us on a last minute walk-in appointment. The facility was clean and Covid safe. All employees had masks. Each station had sanitizer at it. She was genuine and easy to speak with. Thanks to her, we walked out with a 2017 Kia Sorento and it is beautiful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. My wife and I came here to buy a 2020 Kia Soul left over because they came in with the best price... We checked all over South Jersey but no-one had the model and color she was looking for... Julian worked with my wife until she felt comfortable with everything... He wasn't high pressure and gave her a great deal... She got the exact color and model of Kia Soul that she was interested in... Julian went above and beyond to make sure that she got a great deal...
