Absolutely horrendous commercial for the 'Black Friday sales event'. 9:30am the young man was costumed as an Indigenous person and made stupid remarks about cesarian operations with a hatchet. Clearly it wasn't well scripted and should have been omitted completely. Native American headdress is for ceremonial and sacred purposes, not a car commercial. Do better. Show respect.

DO NOT LEASE OR BUY FROM GATEWAY KIA OF QUAKERTOWN! I cannot emphasize enough how much you should avoid doing business with this dealership. Watch out for the very fine print "market adjustment" and "Value & Safety Package" that add many thousands to the Kia Telluride. They won't even tell me what the so called "Value & Safety Package" is or whether or not it's in my car no matter how many times I ask. This place tries every shady trick in the book to overcharge. They push extending financing to 84 months, trying to get more money down while diverting attention away from the dealer addendum and lying about why the car total price is so high. I spoke to someone on the phone today. They told me they can do better than msrp on the car we were looking at. We drove 50 minutes and was told it would be 9k over msrp. Not only was that shocking but the sales Kid was so disrespectful. I wish i could actually use the words to describe him. I would never ever ever recommend this place. I will driver hours to avoid this place. I hope they get diarrhea for a week. Have a great day

The service there is unprofessional and the worst. Speaking of the worst - ever see their commercials? They are crude and disgusting and coming from a former bartender (who is not easily offended) I would NEVER give this place my business. Commercials are trash.

Went with a good friend of mine with the idea of her buying a good used car. Well they showed her car after car and each time they stated her credit wasn't good enough for that car, So I stated my credit was real good so I would co-sign. Again showed cars and didn't qualify until they brought out a 2018 Kia Sportage with over 80,000 miles on it and stated you qualify for this one. so disappointed in the finance department. the car we purchased was great, however when we were involved in an auto accident and went to get a refund on the extended warranty we we not treated well. phone calls were dropped and we were given the run around. We have been waiting since March for this to be resolved so the Gap insurance will kick in. We are still paying for a car we don't own because of the carelessness of the staff. would not recommend.

Never again, bought a car back in April and my wife and father in law went back the next month to see if they could possibly downgrade or get in something else and Julian couldn't have been less helpful. Seemed disinterested and wouldn't show them any of the cars on the lot just pictures of them on his phone. Then we go to find out that the car we bought in April isn't even registered to us, It is still in Kias name, nothing was ever sent to Penndot. We stopped in to check out a used car we saw online, and our salesman was fantastic. However, his manager, Mike, is sleazy. When he brought out numbers that were $1000 over the advertised price, which is already $17k markup over the same car new MSRP, I figured it was a waste of time.
