This is my second car I have bought from Jon Taylor now. Real easy to deal with and zero hassle. I will by all of my cars from him and Gateway with no issues. I highly recommend them. They are all a great bunch of people with great personalities and frankly are the easiest to deal with. Also great selection of cars on the lot.

I would not recommend this place to any family or friends. I was very happy at first with my sales agent Lou and enjoyed my lease for the 3 years I had it. However, I did not get in writing that services were covered for the life of the lease even though I was told by sales that they "hooked me up with it". My fiancée was sitting next to me when the deal was made and heard everything. At the near end of my lease, I was told they had no record of this. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! GATEWAY KIA IS HIDING OIL CONSUMPTION AND FAILING CATALYTIC CONVERTERS AS A RESULT OF THEIR INADEQUATE VEHICLES!!! KEEP READING FOR THE TRUTH!!!! I purchased a 2018 Kia Sorento from Gateway Kia, brand new off the lot. I had multiple encounters with excessive oil consumption, and in order to not have the replace the engine under warranty, they coerced me into trading in for a 2019 Kia Sportage. Buyer beware! They mark up car over $4,000 after agreed purchase price and then added warranties without permission. The finance Manager then said to go through the bank for a loan even though I had cash because it would greatly increase my credit report. The bank sent an introduction letter which included all the extra fees that were tacked on sneakyily by the dealership - warranties, value appearance protection, tires, ceramic coat. Could not have had a worse experience dealing with this team. Completely unprofessional and total lack of communication. repair was said to last 2-3 weeks and took a total of 3 months. given no clear timeline and was never offered a loner car that was initially agreed upon.

i contacted gateway kia brcause i traded my kia and i want my gap refund. i was told to email guys i assume are in the finance dept a copy of the odometer statement proving i sol the car, they said the bank will issue my refund when the car is paid off. call the bank. i waited about a month called the bank they said you need to contact gateway kia they need to cancel it with the gap insurance company for us to process a refund. i again called gateway kia of course the guys I emailed were not available. i got Mr. Perez (suppo... read more

I visited Gateway Kia Quakertown on May 8, 2024 for an oil change, and recommended service for my Kia Soul. During that time, I advised the service representative that my front right tire lost tire pressure whenever there was a significant temperature change, and that the air cap had been lost. He advised me that it would be checked out, and that the cap would be replaced. Two hours and almost $500 later, my car was said to be completed and in ship shape. Scammers! Mike and Loius are the worst! Bought a used 2020 Kia Sorento in 2023. Put 10k down and twisted and turned things so much. Ended up paying almost the same as the car new, FOUND THE ORIGINAL WINDOW STICKER IN THE CAR! With the added extended warranty that they put on at the last minute I paid MORE than sticker! I was back 2 days later to have the warranty removed! AND they have you sign this paper saying you cannot back out of the deal once you take the car! This place is full of con men! Went in for an oil consumption test and all the service workers were loudly joking about hitting women because they can't cook and laughing about how people who are offended by domestic violence jokes are special needs, loudly, in front of customers....I emailed corporate and heard nothing back, if I didn't need to bring my car in for oil consumption testing I would never return and am ending my lease as soon as I can.
