Tim awesome to work with and kept me updated in a timely manor on when my car would be finished.
My experience was fast and process of buying the car was easy. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Gateway Kia had exactly what I wanted. Luiz was very knowledgeable about the electric car I was looking at buying.
The staff at Gateway Kia in Quakertown was amazing to work with! Our sales/leasing agent Tony is a great guy ... Love him!!! Very polite & professional! He walked us through the entire process & answered all of our questions... Even brewed us some fresh coffee while we were waiting for our paperwork to be completed!! I can't thank the service center at Gateway Kia enough. We ran into an issue with our Kia Sorento while heading toward a family vacation. Fortunately, we were able to make it to Gateway Kia. They squeezed our repair into their very busy schedule, helped us find a rental car, and even gave us a ride to the rental center. We barely missed a beat on our vacation as a result. When we're in the market for our next car, I'll happily drive an hour and a half to look on their lot first.
I say that the salespeople are normal. I didn't really get what I thought I should have. I few things that were broken I paid for myself because the girl never got back to me when I called. Service Department shines. Scott is killer, gets everything done with both my cars and I never have a bad experience with them. I won't go anywhere else 10/10 for Service.
Not sure how this happened but my repair at this dealership was LESS expensive than my local mechanic!

Called ahead to arrange to turn in my expiring lease, provided my max budget for a new lease. I completed the credit paperwork online, and shared two possible lease vehicles that intrested me. When I arrived the next day, credit check had been completed and two options were readily available for test driving, both within my budget.
