Daytona Kia! We are blessed to have the best Kia dealership in Florida right in our own backyard. The first new car I purchased was from Richard Nisbett 8 years ago. An Optima SX Turbo and it served my family well. Recently though, it was totaled in a serious accident, with my daughter at the wheel. Thankfully she walked away from the crash. I am happy with my purchase It took a while to find a car. I was at Daytona KIA for about 4.5 hours. A few times, the negotiations were heated. However, I am happy with my purchase, so it was worth the time and effort. The only compliant I have is with the contract. The final deal was $4000 out the door. The contract price was $4043.12. The finance person could have worked the numbers to come out exactly $4000.
Professional Advisor I was greeted by Chris as soon as I drove in. He took my keys and suggested I go inside and offered coffee or water. He kept me informed on the service work being done. When finished he walked me out to my car, handed me the keys,.and said if I had any questions to call. Very professional. Thank you!!
Great Very friendly and professional. Chris Dupont always gives us a ride home and picks us up when our car is ready. He is very nice and professional.The car is always serviced correctly. Stephanie, the cashier is always friendly and caring.

My personal experience at Kia, Daytona Beach, Florida I was met at the door by Brian MacDonald. He was the most courteous, friendly person that I ever met at any dealership. He was also the same gentlemen that I dealt with back in 2017 when I first leased a car. Brian went above and beyond what he expected to do. He set up my phone, he even showed me how to do things with my GPS THE VERY NEXT DAY, when I stopped at the dealership. The company should know that Brian MacDonald is the very best salesman they will ever have.
Service department is great. Always took my 2012 Kia Optima, but Kia needs to do something about their car wash. Always found chipped paint off car.
