Excellent service. They attended me immediately I arrived. Wait less than an hour and they explained everything they had done to the car. The employee was very kind and helpful. The waiting room is very comfortable and pleasant.

Awesome I actually felt like somebody, and not like I was waisting my time, but , I went there to chat and left purchasing a vehicle, any other dealer would have sent me on my way , but your crew Cliff , Dave and pretty much every Kia employee I ran into cared and treated me like a person. If I would have went to Jon Hall I would have been treated less than a person, and they would have thrown impossible scenarios at me, but Cliff and Dave worked with me with possible scenarios. The Customer service I received from Mr. Rodney Rose was Awesome and Friendly. His approach is genuine and is very patient when dealing with his customers. The greatest highlight is that he escort you to your vehicle. Thank you Rodney for Awesome customer service!!!
Very honest! Thought I needed new brakes but was told they were still good. So happy to being treated honestly.Chris was great to work with.and will return
Fast Services The brake service was fast despite a problem with one of the brake calipers. The wait area was clean and the coffee was hot and fresh.
Chris was very helpful and took care of all the issues I was having. His communication was outstanding and made me feel like he really cared. I will most certainly continue using Daytona Kia’s service department because of Chris.
Everything starting off was great ! But I was sold a car that the salesman knew nothing about. Made me very upset but I came back and they made it right with me which made me very happy!
