MICHAEL WROTE UP THE PAPER WORK QUICKLY & EASILY & SAID IT SHOULD BE READY IN ABOUT 1 & 1/2 HR. I SAID CALL ME & I'LL PICK IT UP. LESS THAN 1 HR LATER I GOT HIS CALL & PICKED IT UP. CHECKED THE OIL & FILTER & EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!! THIS IS THE 7TH CAR I'VE PURCHASED FROM COMMONWEALTH & HAVE HAD THEM SERVICE. THEY ARE GRREEAAAAATTTTTTTT!!! THANKS AGAIN BOB

Gilmore was excellent! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question we had through the process. He even anticipated questions we didn't know we had! I would definitely recommend Commonwealth. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Everyone was so nice and made the process of buying a car Everyone was so nice and made the process of buying a car very easy. Lamar walked us through it so that it was a really pleasant experience. He went over everything, from paper work to how to set the radio. I would happily tell anyone I know to go to Commonwealth Motors.

I knew what I wanted, Commonwealth had it, I bought it......a 2009 Chevy Malibu~ Both my salesman(Alex)and the finance gentleman(Hiram)were very pleasant to deal with~ I am finding a couple of things need attention so will be trying out the service department soon~

I have taken my Impala to Commonwealth for its oil changes since it was new:Reasons #1 Cost I would be hard pressed to change the oil & filter myself for $22.88 #2 Service Fast, in and out in 30 minutes or less #3 Customer service Very clean waiting area. Coffee always available. #4 Friendliness Everyone there greets you with a smile and a big Hello #5 Overall Experience WONDERFUL nead I say more. I have recomended this dealership to many people and will continue to do so.

They were EXTREMELY easy to deal with. No pressure, no hassles. I bought exactly what I wanted for the price that I thought was very fair. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car and the management was very willing to accomodate my needs.

Had oil change, alignment,rotation, and Mass sticker. Due to a time limit for another appointment that I needed to keep, Paul got me the ride back to dealer and made it possible to keep the appointment, great service, Thanks Paul. This was my second car purchase at Commonwealth Motors. I did my research on line and found the Jeep Liberty that I was interested in. The entire staff was extremly knowledgable, friendly and understanding. It was a pleasure doing business with Commonwealth and I look foward to again being a repeat customer for many years.
