Dishonest I will start by saying the sales staff was a pleasure to deal with and exceptionally helpful. Management however is a complete failure and accept no accountability, leaving their own sales staff with no choice but to compound one lie with another and so on... This place lives up to every stereotypical car dealer story you have ever heard. It took me SEVENTEEN days from the time I walked in the door to leave with a vehicle. They took my trade, and gave me a rental. Saying " the financing is going to take a few days"... read more

Didn’t treat me or my dad well I went with my father to help him purchase a new truck. This sales manager was a complete jerk to me and my dad. My father didn’t feel comfortable and wanted his deposit back and didn’t want to make a deal. This guy refused to give him his deposit back and continued to argue with me..... would never recommend this place because of this guy!!’n

Operational issues I was told there was a known issue over the phone and to come in a have it fixed. Tech nor manager knew anything about it. Tech was very unfriendly. My defrost doesn’t work and I was told to turn on my AC!!! Service manager very cold and unhelpful

Service center cannot be trusted They tried to get me to pay for a slave cylinder ($2000) on my GLI under 30k miles claiming it was something else. I got VW of America involved, they sent a rep, determined it was under the warrantee as I original told them. VW covered it - CommonWealth huffed and puffed the whole time. Do not work with these people. They are thieves and will take advantage of one as soon as they get a chance. Dishonorable and not trust worthy.

Used Car Buyer Beware of Carlos Rodriguez Very unfriendly, uses profanity on the sales floor and announces himself as "The Boss" when you ask to speak to his supervisor. Normally, I would give Commonwealth 5 stars across the board with everyone I ever worked with here. For example, I've worked with Esteban Rodriquez before and he is much different. Incompetence I had service done at commonwealth Chevy service dept and I found the service dept to be incompetent in maintaining my vehicle.... it took an employee at autozone to tell me I had a oil leak.... instead of the specialized tech at this dealer

They don't stand by their vehicles When I first bought my 2013 Malibu here, I thought I got a good deal. I should know by now, as I have learned over and over, you get what you pay for. Overall, the car and the service at this dealership have been a disappointment. Their television ads lead you believe they care about retaining customers, but that has not been my experience at all. 2015 silverado I arrived to the dealership around 6 PM to take a look at a new 2015 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LTZ that I found online, this was mid August. This was a 90 minute trip for me. Horrible Customer Service Commonwealth Motors has the worst customer service. I made an appointment for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement and it took over two hours. I made the appointment because last time I was there I showed up without an appointment and I waited forever. My car was in the service department for over two hours as I waited in the waiting room with a two year old in toe.
