I am very impressed with the service dept. at Commonwealth motors. My 1985 Corvette was running rough, I called,and Paul Hickey ( service advisor) told me to bring it in first thing this morning.I was quoted right off the bat for a diagnosis. I waited in a very comfortable waiting area with coffee,tea and cookies and a movie to watch.After an hour or so, a service advisor came into the waiting area and told me what the problem was,quoted me for the repair and said could be done same day but parts would have to be brought in.... read more

Buying my car was a very positive experience. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and ready to answer any questions I had. With the help of the employees I managed to find a car that suited me perfectly and was everything at I could have asked for. I love my car very much and would definitely come back to the same dealership for my next car.

Great customer service!! We have purchased 3 vehicles in the last couple years all from Commonwealth Chevrolet and have had only positive experiences. From trade in to financing they made the whole process easy. Furthermore, the Service Department is exceptional. They truly are the BEST!

Always excellent service at Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence MA. The shuttle service is always convenient, the pricing is fair (and seems to come in a bit below estimates, which is always a pleasant suprise), and I always get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I was very satisfied with my visit. Nicholas was very informative about the car. He was very friendly and patient with me. Karen was very kind and patient with me especially with everything we had to go through in order to make the deal. I was very happy that Commonwealth Chevrolet did what it could in order to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Had a really great experience in purchasing a 2011 Z71 Silverado Crew Cab Ed Long had a vehicle waiting for me when I arrived at our appointment. Within 30 Minutes we had swiched the vehicle out for a more appropriate one and within an hour or two the deal was done. The after purchase Customer service was great. Dealership went out of their way to make sure I got the truck I wanted for the price that I wanted to pay. I was a a tough customer for Richard as I changed colors about three times on my truck, once even after we started doing the paperwork but it was never a problem. From the start it was nothing but great !!

I found the dealership to be very professional and friendly. The saleswoman, Anna made me feel very comfortable and taking the time to show me the dealerships inventory and explain any questions I had throughout the buying process. Meeting with the Business manager went extremely smooth and faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise.

Our entire experience was a positive one from the moment we arrived. The incentives that brought us to Commonwealth were outstanding. Lamar was helpful, patient and worked to find exactly what we were looking for. Karen in the finance department was great too. Thanks for a great experience we love our new Malibu.
