I purchased a new car from Commonwealth Motors in 1996 and 14 years later when my car finally died, I purchased another new car from them. They are always friendly and provide great customer service. I will go back when it is time to buy my next car.

This was my first time at Commonwealth Chevy and my first new car purchase. From the get-go it was obvious that they are concerned with making the customer happy - my sales person did a great job finding a car that was suitable to my desires. Phone calls were returned promptly and the help we recieved from the staff was excellent! I will definitely refer friends to this dealership.

My second vehicle with Commonwealth. No stress, no pressure, and a competetive price right out of the gate. No waiting around, no games, none of the bad experiences I have had in years past with other dealers. This is the 20th vehicle I have purchased in my life, and only these last two with Commonwealth have been enjoyable.

This is the first time I have ever bought from this dealership. From the day I entered to buy my new 2009 Chevy Impala to this day have I felt so comfortable dealing with their personnel from buying my car to the many times I took it in for regular services. Their motto "Shop us Last" is a true testament after shopping at the other dealers. They are 5 stars rating in everything they do from sales, parts, body repair & service.

Was greated by salesman who was busy but offered to get help. After seeing a car that Iliked, went inside, was greeted by a G.M who immediately got Steve to assist me. He immediately intrduced himself[ with a great smile],asked some questions about my wants. Itold him the car thatIliked and we went for a ride. Very friendly and Knowledgable about the Malibu that we were riding. When we came back Ireally did not want to buy that day. We were having trouble with the braking system of our car. We did not know what was wrong. It had been giving us trouble on and off for a few weeks. We took it to the repair shop when it was happening and they knew immediately that something was wrong. They kept the car and pinpointed the problem. They repaired it in no time and it is working fine now. The guys in this shop are fantastic. They care about the customers and are always very helpful. We will definitely return for any service we need.

I am very impressed with the service dept. at Commonwealth motors. My 1985 Corvette was running rough, I called,and Paul Hickey ( service advisor) told me to bring it in first thing this morning.I was quoted right off the bat for a diagnosis. I waited in a very comfortable waiting area with coffee,tea and cookies and a movie to watch.After an hour or so, a service advisor came into the waiting area and told me what the problem was,quoted me for the repair and said could be done same day but parts would have to be brought in.... read more

Buying my car was a very positive experience. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and ready to answer any questions I had. With the help of the employees I managed to find a car that suited me perfectly and was everything at I could have asked for. I love my car very much and would definitely come back to the same dealership for my next car.

Great customer service!! We have purchased 3 vehicles in the last couple years all from Commonwealth Chevrolet and have had only positive experiences. From trade in to financing they made the whole process easy. Furthermore, the Service Department is exceptional. They truly are the BEST!
