The welcome I received at the showroom was prompt and courteous. I was very happy with the sales rep. Nick Tziolis. He explained all the features of my new Equinox and let me test drive two vehicles. The trade in value we received for two vehicles was very fair and the sales manager also gave us a $1000.00 credit that he found because we traded in a Saturn. The car was ready on time and I also use their service dept. which is excellent.

Purchased my first new car and the process went very smoothly. Arrived with a certain vehicle in mind and made an appointment to expedite our visit and ensure the vehicle was avaliable. Was able to get a good financing rate as well. Would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Lemar Mclaughlin was one of the nicest salesmen I have experienced. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and felt confident that he was being honest with me. The customer service was outstanding. K. Pelletier did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. She explained the options that were available but didn't try to talk me into anything. I purchased a new car from Commonwealth Motors in 1996 and 14 years later when my car finally died, I purchased another new car from them. They are always friendly and provide great customer service. I will go back when it is time to buy my next car.

This was my first time at Commonwealth Chevy and my first new car purchase. From the get-go it was obvious that they are concerned with making the customer happy - my sales person did a great job finding a car that was suitable to my desires. Phone calls were returned promptly and the help we recieved from the staff was excellent! I will definitely refer friends to this dealership.

My second vehicle with Commonwealth. No stress, no pressure, and a competetive price right out of the gate. No waiting around, no games, none of the bad experiences I have had in years past with other dealers. This is the 20th vehicle I have purchased in my life, and only these last two with Commonwealth have been enjoyable.

This is the first time I have ever bought from this dealership. From the day I entered to buy my new 2009 Chevy Impala to this day have I felt so comfortable dealing with their personnel from buying my car to the many times I took it in for regular services. Their motto "Shop us Last" is a true testament after shopping at the other dealers. They are 5 stars rating in everything they do from sales, parts, body repair & service.

Was greated by salesman who was busy but offered to get help. After seeing a car that Iliked, went inside, was greeted by a G.M who immediately got Steve to assist me. He immediately intrduced himself[ with a great smile],asked some questions about my wants. Itold him the car thatIliked and we went for a ride. We were having trouble with the braking system of our car. We did not know what was wrong. It had been giving us trouble on and off for a few weeks. We took it to the repair shop when it was happening and they knew immediately that something was wrong. They kept the car and pinpointed the problem. They repaired it in no time and it is working fine now. The guys in this shop are fantastic. They care about the customers and are always very helpful. We will definitely return for any service we need.
