Purchased from Commonwealth and Brian Hesse (Sales Manager, I believe). From the get-go there was no pressure. Brian was very easy to deal with and very honest. He found the car, optioned as we wanted, and brought to the dealership within 2 days. The whole process was The owner (Charlie) came out to see me off in our new Traverse. Always nice to see the owner being involved in a sale. Recommended.
I was recommended this dealership by a friend and was compeltely impressed. I was sent to see Jeff Allen and was greeted by another sales person who showed me around while jeff finished with a customer. I found jeff to be very knowlegeable along with the first guy who helped me. I got a great price, which i know my friend who recommmended me probably helped with, but either way the experience was hassle free and went smooth all the way through finance until i picked up the car.
Poor service! Not recommend to anyone to service at Commonwealth Chevrolet. It’s the second time that I went to oil change and had the same problem, I was told that my service will take 45 min at 8:00 am and I left at noon unhappy and very disappointed ( note : just to oil change and change wipes).

This place over estates cost. I don't know if it's because I am a female but $1928.65 for just a wheel alignment in my estimate, let alone what the rest of the list they said is in need for repair come to almost the value of my 2013 vehicle.
I was in an accident on 8/11 had my truck towed to this dealer. My truck is still not ready. I would love to talk to someone in management or one of the owners I hear on the radio all the time . It’s 2020 black Chevy Tahoe. My insurance rental is over tomorrow and they claim they don’t have loaners and will not give me a rental until they fix it . Buyers beware. This dealership is absolutely shady and sneaky. I gave a $1000 deposit on a vehicle that was $6000 overpriced on book value. We found another vehicle brand new not used for $6000 cheaper. We canceled the order before 48 hours. And they are refusing to refund the $1000 deposit. We found them in numerous lies after lies about everything. Take your money elsewhere and avoid being scammed. Worst dealership around !!!!

It is unfortunate that a fellow business owner (A+Appliance) wouldn't understand the consequences of signing a legal document and giving a deposit to have additional options installed prior to purchase would result in the loss of a deposit. Much like most companies who require a deposit upfront should a repair need to be done to a Refrigerator or dishwasher if parts are ordered, the addition of leather/heated seats to a preowned vehicle at your request is no different and we could not return the install. Incompetent, blaming service staff and techs misdiagnosed oil related service and ultimately caused catastrophic engine damage to my truck costing me thousands of dollars. After being a loyal customer for 10+ years I’ve changed dealerships and would never return

Worst new truck purchase ever Stay far away from these crooks. They refused to honor their extended warranty. The salesman had the nerve to tell me that he didn't sell me the warranty. The owner would not even speak with me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will buy several new trucks in my lifetime and I will never go back to Lawrence to get one. Buyer beware.
