I purchased a 2010 Avalanche. I traded in my older one and love the truck. I had NO problems not one or any situations that were negative with this dealership or any sales person that I spoke too. Everyone was relaxed not pushy and the purchase of my new truck was easy. Ed is the one who I would recommend to anyone.

Needed an oil change and tire rotation, service dept opens at 7:00 Am, very convenient to get things done before work. Mike (service guy)was friendly and had me in an out quickly. Plus, they gave me 10 dollar mail in discount for my next service. I will be going back for my next service.

Great experience from the sales process with Alex through the two times I have had my vehicle serviced. Very cost efficient, easy to schedule appointment and the work was performed within the time frame I was given.I have given this rating because excellent service is not very common in this world today.

MICHAEL WROTE UP THE PAPER WORK QUICKLY & EASILY & SAID IT SHOULD BE READY IN ABOUT 1 & 1/2 HR. I SAID CALL ME & I'LL PICK IT UP. LESS THAN 1 HR LATER I GOT HIS CALL & PICKED IT UP. Everyone was so nice and made the process of buying a car Everyone was so nice and made the process of buying a car very easy. Lamar walked us through it so that it was a really pleasant experience. He went over everything, from paper work to how to set the radio. I would happily tell anyone I know to go to Commonwealth Motors.

I knew what I wanted, Commonwealth had it, I bought it......a 2009 Chevy Malibu~ Both my salesman(Alex)and the finance gentleman(Hiram)were very pleasant to deal with~ I am finding a couple of things need attention so will be trying out the service department soon~
