Great experience! From the Salesman to the Financing Advisors everyone was over the top helpful and informative. They led me to the best options for me and I found a 2013 Chevy Malibu which I love! I think they really care about their customers and have been great in following up even after the sale to make sure things have been very smooth.
I dealt with Hugo and his manager Frank D. Along with Jammie in fiancé and they treated me with respect and gave me the deal I asked for. I also dealt with my old fried Chip Oulette in parts who takes care of me any time I need a part for my Chevrolet. I dealt with Gary Kotyla (sale) and Jamie Dimare (financing). Gary was not only friendly, but knowledgeable with all questions I had. Anything he did not know, he used his resources to get. I have been with Commonwealth Motors for 17 yrs and could not go any other place to buy a car. This is my 7th new car with Commonwealth and I feel like family whenever I go for a new car or for service. Everything is for the customer's satisfaction. All dealerships should take notice. I have so many amazing things I could say about this dealership but I'd be typing forever!!! One word...SUPERB!!!!
