In the first conversation that I had with a service person before anyone even looked at it, they knew what was wrong with it by just my description of the problem. It was fixed and ready for pick up in just one day. I would highly recommend the service at Commonwealth Chevrolet.

Very friendly, helpful, courteous, and efficient interactions at this dealership. And they have gone overboard looking to make sure that I am happy and am having no issues after the purchase (days later).

We were approached immediately, shown several vehicles, test drove several, and and we were given a great amount of time to make our decision while not being pressured. The deal was put together at a workable amount of time that fit our schedule. Jim was more than helpful at helping us make our final decision. We would recommend Commonwealth Motors to anyone! Purchased my Silverado here and have always taken it here. The sales department is great and I have had a good experience. They are always able to answer my questions promptly. The service department is ok. I have had some ok experiences. Sometimes there are miscalculations on the total price for the service. Some employees should take more time to prevent mistakes and become more customer friendly. The mechanical service itself is great I have no complaints.

Everyone at dealership is extremely friendly. I do feel valued as a customer and as a person. They are always willing to help with any concerns. Shuttle service is a real plus!

I was dreading buying a new car; 100% dreading it. It had been just about 10 years since my last car purchase, and I wasn't looking forward to the experience again.
