The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Paul was not in the least pushy. He gave the impression that he was on our side to get us a fair deal.He listened to our Desire in the type of vehicle and options we wanted and showed us cars that closely Matched our needs. Even after we had agreed to buy a vehicle he continued to be Very accomodatiing. He made himself readily available for the follow up registration and Inspection. The whole transaction not at all stressful, partly due to Paul's attitude and Demeanor.
Upon entering the dearlership we were greeted in a very friendly manner and helped by a very competent salesman, Chris Drew. We knew what we wanted it was just getting down to what we could agree on for price which worked out just fine.
This is the third car purchased and we have always had excellent sales and service at Commonwealth. They do there best to make everything happen for us.
The people that i dealt with at the dealership were very freindly and knowlable about the truck. They could answer any questions that we had.Went out of they way to make sure that you understood exactly how everything work in the truck. i will tell people to buy their nexted car or truck at Commwealth. They are a number one dealership..
In the first conversation that I had with a service person before anyone even looked at it, they knew what was wrong with it by just my description of the problem. It was fixed and ready for pick up in just one day. I would highly recommend the service at Commonwealth Chevrolet.
Very friendly, helpful, courteous, and efficient interactions at this dealership. And they have gone overboard looking to make sure that I am happy and am having no issues after the purchase (days later).
We were approached immediately, shown several vehicles, test drove several, and and we were given a great amount of time to make our decision while not being pressured. The deal was put together at a workable amount of time that fit our schedule. Jim was more than helpful at helping us make our final decision. We would recommend Commonwealth Motors to anyone! They surely live up to their advertisements.
Very professional and knowable about my truck, helpful maintenance and future , balljoints and tire wear and recall,also purchased parts, prompt service and advise. Overall a very pleasant experience and a great value.
Purchased my Silverado here and have always taken it here. The sales department is great and I have had a good experience. They are always able to answer my questions promptly. The service department is ok. I have had some ok experiences. Sometimes there are miscalculations on the total price for the service. Some employees should take more time to prevent mistakes and become more customer friendly. The mechanical service itself is great I have no complaints.
