From beginning to end there staff is excellent. Jennifer Gomes was right on top of things with all the info that I needed. Which in my eyes started with great customer service from her. I am a busness owner and run a customer service department myself. So with her freindly care knowledge and time she got me there. That is a hard thing to do for some one who knows great service. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Paul was not in the least pushy. He gave the impression that he was on our side to get us a fair deal.He listened to our Desire in the type of vehicle and options we wanted and showed us cars that closely Matched our needs. Even after we had agreed to buy a vehicle he continued to be Very accomodatiing. He made himself readily available for the follow up registration and Inspection. The whole transaction not at all stressful, partly due to Paul's attitude and Demeanor.

Upon entering the dearlership we were greeted in a very friendly manner and helped by a very competent salesman, Chris Drew. We knew what we wanted it was just getting down to what we could agree on for price which worked out just fine.

The people that i dealt with at the dealership were very freindly and knowlable about the truck. In the first conversation that I had with a service person before anyone even looked at it, they knew what was wrong with it by just my description of the problem. It was fixed and ready for pick up in just one day. I would highly recommend the service at Commonwealth Chevrolet.

We were approached immediately, shown several vehicles, test drove several, and and we were given a great amount of time to make our decision while not being pressured.
