I just want to say that I have been to many dealerships looking for a reasonable price vehicle and I found it at Commonwealth Motors Chevy department. They were very very friendly and by no means pushy about anything. My experience there was more than perfect and I will be going back to them once my wife needs a car. I heard about the dealership through some friends of mine who told me it is the biggest dealership in town. I was able to buy a Chevy Equinox with the specification I wanted and I was given a price in between my budget. Chris was very helpful, gave me all the information I asked for and helped me throughout the process. He also made it an easy process for me to get the car. I was happy with the service.

We visited Commonwealth Motors to get a new lease on a Chevy Cruz and were very impressed with the professionalism of Chris Drew. My father-in-law is not a young man, and Chris took all the time necessary to explain things to him in a very patient, calm matter. We felt we got the best deal we could have gotten anywhere and Chris even took the time to set up the On-star and Sirrus for him. What more could we ask for. Very, very please.

From beginning to end there staff is excellent. Jennifer Gomes was right on top of things with all the info that I needed. Which in my eyes started with great customer service from her. I am a busness owner and run a customer service department myself. So with her freindly care knowledge and time she got me there. That is a hard thing to do for some one who knows great service. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Paul was not in the least pushy. He gave the impression that he was on our side to get us a fair deal.He listened to our Desire in the type of vehicle and options we wanted and showed us cars that closely Matched our needs. Even after we had agreed to buy a vehicle he continued to be Very accomodatiing. He made himself readily available for the follow up registration and Inspection. The whole transaction not at all stressful, partly due to Paul's attitude and Demeanor.
