As a first time buyer I was nervous anxious and excited. As soon as I walked into the door I was welcomed with smiling faces and a great atmosphere. It made all my nerves disappear. Kevin was a great helper. The first car he chose was the one for me I instantly fell in love. They handled everything from registration to inspection. I went to Commonwealth to just look at a specific used Malibu, just look and ended up buying a 2011 Malibu for a great price. The only way I could be happier is if I'd gotten the vehicle for free. Song was great. I shopped a TON of dealers and lots looking for just the right bargain, so I dealt with a lot of salespeople before meeting him. He was more thorough, prompt, and friendly than any other I dealt with in my search. I just want to say that I have been to many dealerships looking for a reasonable price vehicle and I found it at Commonwealth Motors Chevy department. They were very very friendly and by no means pushy about anything. My experience there was more than perfect and I will be going back to them once my wife needs a car. I heard about the dealership through some friends of mine who told me it is the biggest dealership in town. I was able to buy a Chevy Equinox with the specification I wanted and I was given a price in between my budget. We visited Commonwealth Motors to get a new lease on a Chevy Cruz and were very impressed with the professionalism of Chris Drew. My father-in-law is not a young man, and Chris took all the time necessary to explain things to him in a very patient, calm matter.
