Commonwealth Motors is the last place i shopped, the experience was very calm and low key not really pressured, and i didn't feel pushed or rushed into buying. My salesman was Steve Federico, very pleasant to deal with he made the process of buying a new truck easy. We joked around a bit and that me and my wife feel like we knew him even through we just met. They make you feel at home. Thanks again Steve and Commonwealth.
I visited the dealership with my parents who were looking for a used second car for themselves. After a day of countless dealerships that were looking more for a commission on a sale as opposed to what my parents needed in a car for what they could afford. Commonwealth has always been great to deal with. They are courteous, efficient and do the work that needs to be done. The are very conveniently located. Their waiting area is comfortable and they offer free coffee & snacks.
Fantastic to work with. Made purchasing a vehicle easy and they do everything in their power to give you the best deal. Their logo "shop us last..." is right on target. I would highly recommend who is searching for a new vehicle to go direct to Commonwealth Motors.
My daughter and I were able to purchase a used Ford Tauras 7 sitter which we so desperately needed for the children. My sales person was Jim Kowalik who is not listed above. Jim's ways of dealing with customers makes them feel that he is there for them and is there to help them in anyway that he can. I test drove two vechiles and I enjoyed the company of Jim. i inquired about my truck online and got imediate response, they called with in an hour. they worked with me on payments and got me close to what i was looking for.. they were very friendly and attentive.. even signing the papers was painless.. everything was ready and explained thourough.. will bring my business back here again.
I'm from NC, and needed routine service for my car. Called dealership and they were able to take me right in for service. Though I would have to call around to frind someone to take care of this on a Friday. Great job.
