We visited Commonwealth Motors to get a new lease on a Chevy Cruz and were very impressed with the professionalism of Chris Drew. My father-in-law is not a young man, and Chris took all the time necessary to explain things to him in a very patient, calm matter. We felt we got the best deal we could have gotten anywhere and Chris even took the time to set up the On-star and Sirrus for him. What more could we ask for. Very, very please.

From beginning to end there staff is excellent. Jennifer Gomes was right on top of things with all the info that I needed. Which in my eyes started with great customer service from her. I am a busness owner and run a customer service department myself. So with her freindly care knowledge and time she got me there. That is a hard thing to do for some one who knows great service. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Paul was not in the least pushy. He gave the impression that he was on our side to get us a fair deal.He listened to our Desire in the type of vehicle and options we wanted and showed us cars that closely Matched our needs. Even after we had agreed to buy a vehicle he continued to be Very accomodatiing. He made himself readily available for the follow up registration and Inspection. The whole transaction not at all stressful, partly due to Paul's attitude and Demeanor.

The people that i dealt with at the dealership were very freindly and knowlable about the truck. Bought a Subaru here back in December of 2011. After driving it for about 5 months, I began having very serious engine troubles. They did not back this car yet nickled and dimed me everytime I visited them for repair. They bought this car at auction, this car was a lemon. I owned it 6 months and had to get rid of it and it literally cost me thousands to get into another car. I now have two car payments and one car. In the first conversation that I had with a service person before anyone even looked at it, they knew what was wrong with it by just my description of the problem. It was fixed and ready for pick up in just one day. I would highly recommend the service at Commonwealth Chevrolet.
