Spent the time to research the automobile that I wanted but I still had many questions. When I went to Commonwealth I the sales team was more than happy to answer everything I asked. I spent more time looking things over and came back when I was ready. Commonwealth gave me a great deal!

Rich was a very knowledgeable and pleasant sales person. He took the time to go over everything in our vehicle without hesitation. The sales manager and finance people were also very pleasant and really wanted to make us happy as customers.

We were out for a drive on President's day week-end Sunday, 2/16/2014, and decided we'd like to take a look at different vehicles to see which we could easily get in and out of, physically, as 70+ seniors. We stopped by Commonwealth because others had told us how nice they were and we like their TV ads! We were immediately greeted by Paul and hit it off with him immediately. This is the 3rd car I have bought at Commonwealth. Service dept is excellent. Sales people are professional and honest. Very knowledgable of the vehicle.

I have purchased 2 new Chevrolets this year with Kevin Peterson as my sales rep. Kevin is the best. His excellent knowledge of the vehicles and the sales process, made both transacts a pleasure for me. Most notable was his patients with me as I worked through my decision making for an Impala. I am also very pleased by the excellent service I have been receiving from the Service Department. I always leave the Service Department with a positive feeling. We had a great experience. We bought a pre-owned Ford Edge (went in with that specific vehicle in mind). The employees were honest, up-front, and did not pressure us. They gave us a great price and also were very attentive our requests for touching up the paint on a small ding on the vehicle and avoiding certain numbers on the license plate for cultural reasons. The service at Commonwealth was quick. The service technician called for my car within 5 minutes of my arrival. The waiting area is very nice offering television and food. I have always received great service from this dealership.

I gotta tell ya shopping for cars is one of my least favorite activities. After having gone to a few other dealerships, I located a vehicle that was at Commonwalth Chevy. When I walked into the dealership I was approached by a salesman named Chris Drew. Chris did not give me the usual run around or let me talk to my manager 10 times game. The price of my vehicle was already well below book value So I didn't really have to haggle on price. I recently bought my Chevy Traverse within the last year. I had previously driven a Honda. I was always so happy with the service at Commonwealth for my Honda. To be honest, I didn't know Commonwealth sold Chevy's or I probably would have purchased my Chevy from them. With that being said, I tried other Chevy dealerships for my routine service of oil changes & wheel rotation. I was never happy with the service received or the price.
