alfredo is always pleasant and helpful i will only bring my vehicle to autoway cadillac my friend also comes to alfredo because he is very straight forward on any concerns that may arise

Bruce was extremely helpful finding a car that suited me needs perfectly. He didn't cut corners or try to convince me of something that i didn't want or need. I was and still happy with both of my vehicles that i have purchased through him. I would highly reccommend him to anyone whether it be for a used or new car. I will also enjoy working with him in the near future.

Alfredo immediately greeted me, took information & Alfredo immediately greeted me, took information & asked questions to be sure he had all info. He also asked questions to determine my needs while I waited on my car. Frank took over and was like alfredo, so friendly, dressed so nicely, they certainly gained my confidence and I felt like I was getting individual attention. I looked at cars while waiting. I came to speak with Frank Rodelli to have my car completely serviced-from tire rotation to engine check. Mr. Rodelli was extremely honest about my needs as I have had my car checked by others and they have tried to sell me tires I do not need to axels that there was nothing wrong with them-so very grateful to meet someone that is honest.

Very good experience, no high pressure other than rolling out every manager in the store to try to close the sale. We never really got to the price point I needed for the close. They sold the car I was looking at while I was bringing my wife up for a test drive on the same afternoon...oh well...other dealers and other cars.
