I have had no positive dealings with this dealership. You should run away fast. The first time I dealt with this dealership was about 4 years ago. I bought a suburban from an owner and thought who better to inspect it than the company that built them. They told me it was in great shape but suggested carbon cleaning and a transmission fluid exchange. I bought the vehicle and had them take care of the suggestions they made. Poor customer service and very deceitful We purchased a CERTIFIED 2014 Buick Encore. There was no negotiation of the price. We plunked down $4K and financed the rest.We even bought extended warranties. The saleman, Chris Sims, kept stating to look at the CarFax. Such a great car! After all the paperwork was processed and we were preparing to leave with the car, we were handed ONE key. This is a CERTIFIED car, right? Why only one key? Fees, fees fees Beware if you are buying a used car from Ed Morse Mazda. Two thousand in fees , plus tax. Read your paperwork completely. Also steer you into five year loans. Was told three year was not available ...so banks can suck more interest out of you.

please go anywhere else offered a lower price on a vehicle,they responded that the price doesn't change...they don't haggle...2 days later the price lowered almost to what I had offered, then a week later it was at the price I offered,then ended up even lower...come on guys..i think the salesman was brian, feel very bad for him losing out on a sale...would never go back,obviously. then I called corporate headquarters, talked with someone who in turn got ed morse to call me back and asked if I wanted to purchase the vehicle s... read more

Vehicle stolen My name is Sheri Herberholz. Ed Morse in Port Richey STOLE my leased car! The car had been in 12 times for repair. The car kept losing power! The last time was about six weeks ago on the freeway. I had the convertible top down. My little 7 year old grand daughter was in the back. THE CAR DIED! AGAIN! A semi behind us nearly killed us! Disorganized rude and really sketchy If I could rate it lower I would. Where do I start so the first thing is they sneak a theft protection fee into the contract for 450.00. It doesn't stop there they won't remove it despite they don't disclose it via true car or any place else. The finance guy openly argues with customers and really it was quite embarrassing. Unprofessional saying it mildly!!! Had appointment at 1:30 9/23/19 for brake inspection. Never looked at my car until morning of the next day. They called me to tell me it’s ready T 10:04 get there it’s not ready need to wash it I told them I had to go washed it anyway!! Then parked it and didn’t give keys to service department. Got out at 11:10am. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Maintenance Bill in the service department is the best. He is very thorough when explaining everything to me. His customer service skills are fantastic. I was disappointed however with the finance person I spoke with when trying to get prices on extending my maintenance warranty. The prices were over exaggerated and the person I was speaking with about this jumped back and forth from the warranties he was explaining which was very confusing. I have a 2015 Denali with 23000 miles I can't even get my car in their it seems like a problem to do anything it must be me and they can't lend me a call cause I only have a few totally disappointed I should have bought a Hyundai
