Very welcoming, prepared to listen, will recomend to anyone...After a very pleasant experience purchasing a Mazda 3 instead of a VW, we returned to evaluate a lease option on a Mazda 9, both were new vehicles. We decided on the 9 and are happy with our choice of dealership and their professional approach.

Love this dealership! I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and the last two were in the last year and a half. I am always greeted by name whether it be for maintenance (Service Dept) or browsin through the showroom. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends & family, in fact I have!!! Thank you Ed Morse Mazda~what a great group of people over there!!!

I can highly recommend this dealership. It has been a very friendly, honest, and customer oriented experience from the first telephone contact I made until the finalization of the sale. Very professional service. Sales person extremely knowledgable. I definetely will be back!

Sean was exceptionally helpful and provided very good customer service. I was able to get all of my questions handled quickly and conveniently. The staff at Ed Morse Mazda was exceptionally accomodating and provided a pleasant car buying experience.

As a female buying a car, I was treated with respect and not "talked down to". My sales rep Shawn (a female) was very knowledgeable about the car itself and explained its benefits from top to bottom, inside and out. When it came to the purchase itself, as we 'negotiated' I never felt that I was being misled, pressured or "over-sold". It was actually a pleasure and not a hassle - an experience I haven't had with either of my previous five car purchases from other dealerships over the years. Thank you.

I visited this horrendous dealership Saturday to see a Cadilac XT5. I was approached outside by Tim. At first he was friendly and accommodating until it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I wanted to see a new XT5, loved it. But, I asked if there was a gently used one and I was told if I was looking for "preowned" I wasted his time and he wasn't going to waste more of his time with me if I could not afford the new Cadilac. Caitlin was great and did a great job for me. She deserves a higher rating. It’s the rest of the sales team, mainly Tony the sale manager. He has treated me poorly, disrespected me by pretty much laughing in my face, not caring about my time at all, sees my messages and ignores them, tells me how he lost $5000 on my deal ( which I know is xx) the car has been sitting on the lot for a very long time! Called the day before my appointment to schedule the happy hour oil change special and take care of a nail in my tire through a road hazard package. I discussed in detail the services needed with the woman who took my call. She told me it would be $64 out the door for the oil change and they'd check the tire and let me know.
