I am pleased to give Ed Morse of Port Richey the highest rating possible because my experience there was fantastic! Kelly greated us before we even made it inside the showroom, she asked what I was interested in and showed my my options. She was upbeat and just a sweet person to deal with. This is the first time I have ever been allowed to drive a vehicle home so my husband and I could test drive it over night. The sales person was not pushy or overbearing and listened to what I needed. I had done my research and homework and that was all taken into consideration when the deal was being worked. Bought 2008 Buick Lucerne in early May. Great car! Only thing missing was an owners manual but I have found most things on the internet (just like finding the car). My only suggestion is that the detailers check things like... *under and between the seats *check seat belts and carpeting for soiled spots Hope to trade this car in for another in about 18 months. The people in parts were very nice and accomadating, I came in for a Key for the lug nuts on a used RX-8 I had just bought (not from them) and I was met with respect and helpfut people. They ordered the part for me with out paying ahead of time. While in the parts room, they had custom wheels on display, the parts manager lent me the book of the entire line. All I can say is that the sales person was so professional and knowledgeable. And no where in the sales process that we felt that we were being taken advantage of. the sales person goes beyond her way to still check on us even after the sale has taken place.
