Worst purchase experience ever , sales Mgr and F&I trying to hide optional products in the loan. Took 4 days to get a deal put together, check your paperwork Stay away from this shady dealership

WARNING: GO TO A DIFFERENT MAZDA DEALERSHIP! I purchased a Mazda 3 here. The backroom paperwork guy named Bo Morgan slid three insurance policies into the sale of the vehicle without explaining they would cost me over $1200. I went back to the dealership to get them refunded and it has been several weeks and I still have not been refunded despite having paperwork for their cancellation. Costly Diagnostics and insencative treatment April 19, 2017 As required per dealership I took my 2011 Buick Regal in for Quote "A/C Service, Evap Core Clean out in engine for improved A/C. I was very satisfied with the service and care. The A/c is working but just not quite as cold as what one would expect after having it serviced and a new filter installed. What A Joke! I bought a used car on Feb 22, 2017 from here. Our salesman, Howard, did his job. He is the only shining light at this dealership. We financed, closed and drove home. I get the yo-yo sales call 2 weeks later informing me they couldn't get me financed and had to come back in at a higher rate. I threatened to drop all the extras if they couldn't finance me because there was no way they would be on the new contract. I heard crickets from them! Despicable dealership.shake on a deal then change it. Used car sales are a joke. Bought a Mazda 3 with a extended warranty and the warranty didn't cover anything car only had 28k on it and water was leaking into the trunk making the whole car smell.bought a certified GMC Terrain was supposed to have 3 day exchange program,they had nothing to exchange so stuck with a truck we don't like . Worst business experience I went to Mazda on March 11, 2016 for service maintenance on my vehicle. In the meantime I wanted to see what I qualify for in a new car. I wanted an AWD or 4WD specifically. That's when the salesman showed me a certified cx5. The salesman pulled the vehicle up on his computer it said cx5 grand touring AWD. I had called my friend, he asked the salesman if it was AWD because that is what I wanted. The salesman responded with yes, as I was looking at the computer where he had pulled up the vehicle. Buyer Beware Stay away from their used cars. Check them out thoroughly, do a car CAR CHECK, then walk away and come back a look again. They will not disclose the problems unless you identify them and then you have to include repairs in asking price or they will leverage that against your offer. I recently went to another dealer and bought a car for far less then their ballooned fees. They even over price tag fees by over $200.

BAIT AND SWITCH AFTER REPEATED CALLS TO THE DEALERSHIP I HAVE YET TO GET A REPLY FROM ANYONE. THIS IS A POOR EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE A VALID COMPLAINT AND NO ONE SEEMS TO REALLY CARE. I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE BAD REVIEWS UNTIL I GET A MATTER RESOLVED
