Got a great deal without haggling and a great vehicle with great gas mileage. Was impressed with the dealerships ability to be friendly, courteous and accommodating. The free car washes are fantastic as well.

Wonderful customer service! They made me feel right at home and comfortable. This team was not pushy and treated me with respect. Everyone was kind, courteous, and very professional. Scott is the kind of salesman that every car salesman should be. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional,courteous,and NOT PUSHY!!! No one likes a salesman that tries to talk you into something that you do not want to do. (A lot of salesmanagers are like this). My husband and I went in to Ed Morse to begin gathering information on a new Buick. We were greeted outside by Mr. Palmieri as we looked at the cars on the lot. We went in to the showroom and began discussing what we thought we wanted. He told us up front he was a new salesman which concerned us at first.
