Not many people buy 2 cars in one month but the level of service and the quality of the new 2011 Buick's convinced us to buy a Regal and then an Enclave. Very welcoming, prepared to listen, will recomend to anyone...After a very pleasant experience purchasing a Mazda 3 instead of a VW, we returned to evaluate a lease option on a Mazda 9, both were new vehicles. We decided on the 9 and are happy with our choice of dealership and their professional approach.

Love this dealership! I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and the last two were in the last year and a half. I am always greeted by name whether it be for maintenance (Service Dept) or browsin through the showroom. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends & family, in fact I have!!! I can highly recommend this dealership. It has been a very friendly, honest, and customer oriented experience from the first telephone contact I made until the finalization of the sale. Very professional service. Sales person extremely knowledgable. I definetely will be back!

As a female buying a car, I was treated with respect and not "talked down to". My sales rep Shawn (a female) was very knowledgeable about the car itself and explained its benefits from top to bottom, inside and out. When it came to the purchase itself, as we 'negotiated' I never felt that I was being misled, pressured or "over-sold". It was actually a pleasure and not a hassle - an experience I haven't had with either of my previous five car purchases from other dealerships over the years. Thank you.

You must be very careful with this dealer especially with the financing manager named Cliff they negotiated a price of my car over the phone I live in Orlando city almost two hours away from this dealer and I chose them because they had the car I wanted to negotiate with the salesman over the phone and they secured me the price and monthly payment. The surprise I had when I met Cliff who is the Financing Manager is that he placed hidden charges within the price of the guarantees. What he did was put $2600 above the negotiate... read more

I visited this horrendous dealership Saturday to see a Cadilac XT5. I was approached outside by Tim. At first he was friendly and accommodating until it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I wanted to see a new XT5, loved it. But, I asked if there was a gently used one and I was told if I was looking for "preowned" I wasted his time and he wasn't going to waste more of his time with me if I could not afford the new Cadilac.
