Mike and Tim made it easy for me. I was very apprehensive about buying another car, but Mike and Tim made it easy for me. Buying a car shouldn't be an ordeal, and this time around it wasn't. I was treated very nice, and we had a lot of fun during the whole event. I am pleased with the my new vehicle and the whole experience was great.
pretty new passat I had a lot of request for leasing another car and chad made it super easy and exciting. I had the intention of just looking, but left with a brand new car the very same day! couldn't be happier. love my passat, love Volkswagen, love chad. I'll see you in 3 years for another new ride!

New CC Went to pick out a Jetta or a Passet but saw this awesome CC in the show room. Loved it and in a couple hours it was ours!
didn't think I could get a car but they pulled thru Going through a divorce and wife took the Mini we had (also bought at Prestons). My car crapped out (29 year old Jetta ).They helped me out when I needed it. When I get my finances together I'm gonna buy them lunch

Five Star Service! Went in to look, came out with a brand new VW Jetta! Braydon was, by far, the best sales rep that we have ever spoken to. Very knowledgable about all of the features of our Jetta. They worked with the bank for us and got us an awesome rate. We are so pleased with this experience and LOVE our new car! Thank you!

Best experience I have ever had! I arrived at the dealership to be greeted by a friendly staff. I brought my 2012 Jetta in for its 40k service. The service was going to take around three hours which I was planning to stay at the dealer. They offered me a shuttle home and I took advantage of this. They where short handed but the service manager Jay took me home himself.
