We brought a 2016 Jayco toy hauler brand new. Took it on three trips then took it in for warranty issue. They had it for 7 months and still didn't fix all that needed attention. Called for us to pick it up and still didn't do all the work. Had front stone guard fall off going down the road, also all the running lights fell off going down the road. Both axles started throwing grease out on the third trip. Bathroom surround fell off on the second trip. Back splash had stones behind it asked them to fix it and they left ripp... read more
Called their phone number about 6 times and no answer each time!!
Service departs is a joke. There service guy Zack is a real jerk. I purchased a 50k Jayco toy hauler and the black tank valve leaks and opens when traveling. Called them to get it fixed and told me it would be 2 month. That's freaking stupid. Told them that's not going to work for me and he hung up. I will never buy or tell anybody to go to this place. I called Jayco and filled a complaint with this company. I am currently going to fix the valve my self Jayco told me they would pay for parts and labor. Jayco great company... read more
